Show it in a specific artwork
Describe how this is applied in a named artwork. Use visual evidence — colour, line, form, scale, texture, composition.
"In Smother, Zhang layers translucent pink and flesh-toned silicone into bulbous forms that spill beyond the frame."

Discuss the effect
What impact does this create on the viewer? How does it communicate the artist's intentions?
